The Kueh Wars: An Emerge Arts & Media Academy Recital

In the bustling streets of Singapore, a flavorful feud unfolds between two kueh-making dynasties, centered on the beloved Ang Ku Kueh. Auntie Tan, the traditionalist matriarch of the Tan family, fiercely guarded her time-honored recipes, passed down through generations. She believes in the purity of classic kueh, rejecting modern twists and innovations. On the opposing side are the Lim sisters, Jasmine and Jin, young entrepreneurs determined to revolutionize the kueh scene with their fusion creations. 

As both families prepare for the Great Kueh Battle of the Century, their rivalry escalates into a series of comical sabotage and over-the-top culinary experiments. However, amidst the chaos, they being to realize that the true essence of kueh lies in a balance of tradition and innovation. “The Kueh Wars” humorously explores themes of family, cultural heritage, and the sweet compromises that can arise from rivalry.
