Coffee Talk: Facing Grief With Joy
Grief is a natural part of life, especially as we age and experience the loss of loved ones, routines, and even aspects of our own health. But within grief lies the potential for growth, connection, and renewed purpose. This heartfelt and empowering talk invites seniors to explore how grief can coexist with joy, and how resilience can be cultivated at any stage of life.

Led by Catherine Sng, founder of The Glowers Drama Group and a stalwart in Singapore theatre, this talk will also be facilitated by Jess Ho and Alan Yong from NTUC Health’s Community Resource, Engagement and Support (CREST) Team. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of their own grief journey, and tools to help them move forward with hope, strength, and compassion—for themselves and others.
