Gateway Theatre Presents Good Neighbours, a series of short plays by The Glowers Drama Group. Performed by seniors for seniors, this series teaches important lessons in a fun and engaging way. Join fellow seniors for coffee, games, and learn about being safe from fire, scams, and other dangers. After all, being Good Neighbours means being a community that looks out for one another, and keeping the kampung spirit alive.

The fourth of this series, Fire!, shows the importance of fire safety and being a part of one’s community.

Fire! 防火!
Ah Yin’s neighbours warn her that hoarding junk is a fire hazard, but she refuses to listen. When a fire breaks out, it puts everyone at risk. Thankfully, her neighbours help—showing the true spirit of community.
