CHROMATICA: A Spectrum of Harmonies

SMU VOIX presents CHROMATICA: A Spectrum of Harmonies, its annual Do You A Cappella production for the 2025–2026 cycle.

CHROMATICA celebrates individuality and the power of coming together. Just as a rainbow is formed from many distinct colours, every person carries a unique voice, story, and perspective. In a cappella, each voice serves a different purpose—carrying melody, harmony, rhythm, or texture—but it is only when these parts unite that the music truly comes to life.

The concert unfolds across four acts. Silhouette introduces the first outlines of connection and belonging. Pigment explores vulnerability, individuality, and self-expression. Ombre reflects growth and the blending of different voices and experiences, while Prismatic celebrates acceptance, confidence, and togetherness.

Featuring performances by SMU VOIX and REVOIX, alongside collaborations with Indancity and 555Beatbox, CHROMATICA brings diverse harmonies, personalities, and experiences together in one vibrant and cohesive whole.
